Speech-Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing specialized speech and language services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, to support their communication development.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure student progress and success.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and school regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP license.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
