CenterWell Home Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Administer and interpret diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments
  • Provide instruction and training to patients in alternative communication systems
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in care coordination and discharge planning
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology
  • Minimum six months experience as a speech therapist/speech-language pathologist
  • Good organizational and communication skills
