Job Description

PNC is seeking a skilled Teller to join our Retail Branch organization. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately process high-volume customer banking transactions, and educate customers on new technology and banking product opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial well-being and creating loyalty.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions, including banking transactions and product referrals.
  • Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and identify banking opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and ensure accurate and efficient completion of teller and branch daily operations.

  • Ability to assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
