We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of our Human Resources team as an Equity and Inclusion Program Coordinator. This role will play a key part in crafting and executing strategies that enhance Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating existing policies and practices to ensure alignment with DEIB principles.
  • Designing and leading various DEIB initiatives, including employee resource groups, training sessions, and internal communications.
  • Supporting the development and management of Workforce and Professional Development programs, such as internships, apprenticeships, and mentoring opportunities.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with external diversity organizations and vendors, focusing on initiatives that support Minority and Women-owned businesses.
  • Collaborating with teams to identify effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting underrepresented candidates.
  • Creating, implementing, and tracking measurable DEIB metrics to assess program effectiveness.
  • Staying informed about the latest trends and best practices in diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications:
