Job Summary

Partners for Rural Impact is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing the team's administrative and operational functions, ensuring seamless execution of projects and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Manage and maintain team sites and software platforms for information sharing, document management, and action tracking.
  • Submit and track contract and purchase requests for team events, ensuring compliance with PRI's policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve internal administrative functions.
  • Draft and proofread grant-related, financial, and contractual documents.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or five years of related experience.
  • Two years' of administrative experience within a professional office setting.
  • Experience working with data collection, meeting planning/coordination, event planning, budgetary monitoring, and scheduling of meetings.
  • Minimum two years' experience in project management from initiation to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exceptional written and oral presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and successfully manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated and practical experience with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of software.
