We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nursing Director to join our team at Incredible Health. As a Clinical Nursing Director, you will be responsible for leading the nursing staff in our Cath Lab and ensuring that high-quality patient care is provided.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Nursing Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Cath Lab, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursing staff in the Cath Lab
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations of the Cath Lab, including staffing and scheduling
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

Requirements:

  • RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of California
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a nurse manager or director in a hospital setting

Salary: $113,000 per year. This salary range is estimated based on industry standards and the location of Los Angeles, CA.
