About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Biothreats Technical Targeter to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our intelligence community, you will play a critical role in providing critical intelligence support to inform key decisions that support our national security objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms and explore new data sources to identify potential leads.
  • Build effective queries, develop target networks, and combine information from disparate sources to provide actionable intelligence.
  • Provide key intelligence insights to clients on biological technologies and capabilities, often under pressure.
  • Share expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with open-source intelligence research, collection management, or HUMINT, SIGINT, or MASINT targeting.
  • Experience with all-source analysis and knowledge of the intelligence cycle and tradecraft.
  • Ability to comprehend complex biological research topics, create intelligence products, and brief findings to customers.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a Life Science field or 10+ years of experience with biological research topics, biothreat research and analysis, or research and analysis in life sciences in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience with open-source intelligence or HUMINT targeting applied against life science topical areas.
  • Experience with data science or quantitative analysis techniques.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
