Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Director of Clinical Services to oversee the clinical treatment programs at our residential treatment center. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care, integrating clinical functions, and supervising individual and group counseling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the implementation and consistent provision of company-approved treatment programs.
  • Provide oversight and feedback to therapists through the performance evaluation process.
  • Ensure that all interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, are performed and documented according to professional clinical standards.
  • Perform timely audits on medical charts to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Participate in survey activities and coordinate performance improvement initiatives.
  • Attend treatment team meetings and ensure clarification of the therapeutic role and treatment plan with patients and families.
  • Collaborate with leadership team members on hospital operations and participate in the complaint resolution process as needed.
Requirements
  • Must have one of the following licenses: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Previous experience in inpatient healthcare, with knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles.
  • Positive attitude, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work in a stressful environment.
  • Teamwork and flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment and accept supervisory feedback.
