Automotive Restoration Project Consultants at Eastwood Automotive

As a Project Consultant, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Advising customers via phone, email, and live chat on the most suitable products for their restoration projects.
  • Providing detailed information and guidance on the correct usage and application of the diverse range of products offered by Eastwood.
  • Navigating various software applications and systems to process orders and document customer interactions.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by adhering to organizational policies and procedures.

To Excel in This Role, You Should:

  • Possess experience in automotive restoration.
  • Have a background in sales.
  • Demonstrate accountability for customer satisfaction.
  • Be comfortable using computers and adapting to new systems.
  • Commit to learning about our product offerings.
  • Exhibit a proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Have experience with online shopping.
  • Prior experience in a contact center is a plus, but not mandatory.

Your Work Schedule:

  • Multiple schedule options are available to accommodate various times of the day.

Work Environment:

  • This position can be performed onsite or remotely, with the requirement of reliable internet access and a distraction-free workspace.

Compensation Structure:

  • Base salary.
