About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior to join our team. As a Tax Senior, you will work closely with our tax professionals, clients, and advisors to prepare federal and state income tax returns. You will utilize tax research tools to determine the proper tax treatment of client transactions, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare federal and state income tax returns for clients
- Conduct tax research to determine proper tax treatment of client transactions
- Work closely with tax professionals, clients, and advisors to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Manage tax engagements to a successful and efficient completion
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Two or more years of experience in taxation with a public accounting firm
- Masters or other form of 150 college credit hours with requisite accounting-related courses
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
- 20 days of paid time off, 5 sick days, 11 paid holidays
