Cisco Data Center & Route Switch Field Service Technician

Are you a technical professional looking for a challenging role in Information Technology? We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time benefits-eligible position that includes a company vehicle, gas card, inventory, and training. As a Cisco Data Center & Route Switch Field Service Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, installing and maintaining voice and data networks, servers, computer systems, retail technology systems, and other network-based hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain voice and data networks, servers, computer systems, retail technology systems, and other network-based hardware
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to customers
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet customer service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Participate in on-call rotations and be available for after-hours and weekend work
Requirements:
  • Clear driver's license with no more than 4 points
  • Covid-19 vaccination
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder
  • Working knowledge of networking hardware and topologies
  • Familiarity with telecommunication cabling standards and Cisco networking products
  • Knowledge of computing systems hardware and Microsoft Office applications
