We're seeking a compassionate and skilled veterinarian to join our mobile hospice team in Austin. As an Associate Veterinarian, you'll have the unique opportunity to provide peaceful end-of-life care to pets in the comfort of their own homes.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

This competitive salary is based on industry standards and takes into account the unique demands and rewards of this role. As a mobile veterinarian with Lap of Love, you'll enjoy a balanced schedule, generous benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Responsibilities

As a member of our mobile hospice team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing compassionate and unrushed care to pets and their families in the comfort of their own homes
  • Evaluating patients and developing personalized care plans to ensure the best possible quality of life
  • Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
  • A valid U.S. driver's license
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance
