About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Technician to join our team at KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for maintaining the optimum operation of copiers and digital copiers/printers via preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment in optimum operating condition at customer sites.
  • Service Call Management: Receive, prioritize, and accurately close service calls in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain a highly accurate car stock parts inventory to ensure prompt and efficient repairs.
  • Training and Support: Provide on-going key-operator training to enhance user productivity, increase machine uptime, and reduce service tickets.
  • Customer Support: Provide a minimum of Level 1 connectivity support to customers and assist with loading paper, staples, adding toner, and other key-operator functions as required.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment in optimum operating condition at customer sites.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers, managers, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
