We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team at Nonno's Italian Coffee Parlor in Doylestown, PA.
About the Role:This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment, with a proven track record of managing teams and ensuring high-quality standards.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations, including supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring store cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records, including employee schedules, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, employees, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
