About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered ECHO Tech to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a key member of our medical imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and performing complex echocardiography exams.

As an ECHO Tech, you will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in producing high-quality images and exams, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality echocardiography exams on patients, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional care and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Current registration as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds constantly.
