  • Ability to devise and execute strategies aimed at maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Confidence in managing staff across diverse situations.
  • Experience in leading teams within various retail environments or prior management experience in a charity shop is advantageous.
