About the Role:

We're seeking a driven Real Estate Team Leader to take our market center to the next level. As a key member of our team, you'll focus on recruiting top talent, supporting our current team, and helping shape the overall direction of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic initiatives to rapidly recruit high-producing and high-potential real estate agents to the office
Oversee the hiring, leadership, and development of staff, ensuring they're properly trained and held accountable to high performance standards
Manage and accelerate the financial performance of the office, paying close attention to key financial indicators to maximize profitability
Provide business development and financial management consulting to top agents, helping them achieve dramatic growth in their personal production and performance
Promote a strong learning-based environment, ensuring agents have access to top-notch training and educational opportunities
Maintain a positive and empowering environment that challenges associates to reach their potential and provides a caring, people-first atmosphere

Requirements:

Ability to build powerful relationships and recruit effectively and consistently
Proven growth and leadership capabilities, with a strong track record of success
Experience in a high-growth or start-up environment preferred
Strong verbal leadership and communication skills, with social poise
Ability to work in a collaborative team setting and drive work individually
Ability to work approximately 40 hours per month (10 hours per week) on recruiting activity
