Position Overview:

A Visionworks
Clinical Specialist (CS)/Vision Care Associate serves as the initial point of contact in our Exam Practice, committed to providing an exceptional experience for every patient.

This role requires a solid understanding of eye health, preliminary assessments, optics, and our array of products/services as well as managed vision care.

The CS guides patients through the initial stages of their Visionworks journey, ensuring their eye examination needs are addressed in a straightforward, compassionate, and confident manner.

Responsibilities include maintaining thorough and precise patient records prior to conducting preliminary assessments
Introducing patients to the Optometrist and relaying essential patient information
Transitioning patients from the doctor to the sales area and equipping associates with necessary details to inform and recommend suitable products and services for their eye care requirements
Carrying out daily operational tasks to support the store's examination lane upkeep and patient satisfaction objectives, including: restocking supplies, sanitizing equipment, and responding to patient inquiries

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or patient interaction experience is preferred, but not mandatory
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience
