About the Role

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a skilled Packaging Specialist to join our team in West Chester/Springdale, Ohio. This is a night shift position, operating from 6:50pm to 7:00am, with a 2/2/3 cadence schedule and a competitive hourly rate of $19.85 plus a $1.00 night shift differential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general housekeeping of the production area, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
  • Conduct visual inspections of finished products for defects, adhering to established quality standards.
  • Operate case making equipment, following written instructions and guidelines.
  • Notify supervisors or leads of potential issues with finished products or machinery.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and other assigned activities.
Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with managers, employees, vendors, and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
