Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate the Point of Sale system efficiently and assist culinary staff.
  • Prepare a variety of food items, including meats, vegetables, and baked goods.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including cashier and coffee stations.
  • Provide exceptional service in retail areas, including cashiering and food serving.
  • Ensure cash handling accuracy and perform end-of-shift deposits.
  • Restock supplies and manage inventory effectively.
  • Set up serving lines, ensuring food safety and temperature compliance.
  • Serve both hot and cold food items to customers.
  • Keep refrigerators stocked and organized, adhering to FIFO principles.
  • Document inventory levels and refrigerator temperatures daily.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
