Chartwells K12 is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cashier/Food Service Worker to join our team. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a Point of Sale system, and maintaining a clean and safe food service environment.

• Food Preparation: Assist in preparing a variety of foods, including meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, as well as catering orders.
• Cashiering: Perform cashier duties using the POS system, maintaining cash accuracy and making deposits at the end of each shift.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform general cleaning duties, including removing trash and garbage to designated areas, and maintaining a clean and safe food service environment.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Inventory and Restocking: Inventory and restock supplies and food products, ensuring that the cafeteria is well-stocked and ready for service.
• Temperature Control: Monitor and record temperatures of food and equipment, ensuring that they are within acceptable ranges.
• Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
