  • Welcomes all patrons courteously upon entering the establishment, calling, or using the drive-through service.

  • Monitors completed orders and ensures timely delivery to waiting customers.
  • Assists in expediting and finalizing orders, ensuring all sides and extras are included.

  • Processes credit and debit card payments efficiently.
  • Maintains a balanced cash drawer at the end of each shift.
  • Utilizes a secure drop box to keep cash levels manageable.
  • Addresses and resolves customer feedback, suggestions, and inquiries.
  • Ensures the front counter is stocked, organized, and clean.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization in the box stocking area.
  • Regularly cleans dining areas by wiping tables, sweeping floors, and disposing of trash.
  • Conducts regular floor sweeping and mopping as needed.
  • Wipes down windows and doors to remove smudges and dirt.
  • Restocks dining area supplies such as napkins, straws, and condiments.
  • Regularly cleans the soda machine and restocks coolers.
  • Maintains cleanliness in public and employee restrooms throughout the shift.
  • Assists in food preparation and kitchen duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to work with numerical data effectively.
  • Possession of a Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate is required.
  • Capability to follow instructions and meet objectives.
  • Exhibits strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability in adhering to schedules, punctuality, and proper uniform standards.
  • Effective communication skills with a diverse clientele.

Education and Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous but not mandatory.

Previous experience is not required as comprehensive training will be provided on-site to familiarize candidates with specific operational functions, including system usage and menu knowledge.

Experience in sales is beneficial.

Customer service experience is helpful for greeting patrons, addressing inquiries, and managing complaints, though it is not a prerequisite.
