Required Qualifications:

  • Strong computer proficiency
    • Typing speed of 35 WPM with 95% accuracy
    • 10 Key data entry at 5000 KPH with 95% accuracy
  • Preferred background in healthcare and familiarity with Medical Terminology
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to cover for absences as necessary
  • BLS certification to be obtained within 90 days of employment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly register emergency patients
  • Create profiles for patients admitted to the facility
  • Direct incoming inquiries and visitors appropriately
  • Manage patient accounts and scheduling
  • Process cash transactions and electronic requests
  • Collaborate with management on innovative solutions
  • Provide coverage for staff absences as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
