We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team at Wallick Communities. As a key member of our nursing department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional nursing services and support to our residents and staff.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure the quality of care and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care and services.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Valid Ohio Nursing License.
