MEDSTAR HEALTH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Transport Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Critical Care Transport Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to critically ill patients during transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proficient nursing care to patients with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
- BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing
- Three years of adult critical care nursing or emergency department experience
- ACLS/ BLS/ PALS for Healthcare providers
