HIRING MANAGER: Arkie Dewitt

OBJECTIVE

The role involves the delivery of products, support at the grain handling facility, transportation of Anhydrous tanks, and various labor tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate product accountability and performing basic maintenance on equipment as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver products to clients in accordance with company protocols to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Relay potential sales opportunities to the supervisor.
  • Ensure all products are properly documented with invoices or delivery tickets, minimizing discrepancies as per company guidelines.
  • Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on equipment as necessary.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  • Maintain company equipment in line with organizational standards, adhere to the Uniform Policy, and uphold a professional appearance.
  • Participate in the location Safety Committee and comply with environmental health and safety policies and training.
  • Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory management at the grain facility.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

Typically requires relevant experience and/or training to demonstrate the capability to deliver products while meeting company standards and enhancing sales potential.

Skills and Competencies

Demonstrated professional communication and customer service abilities, with the capacity to understand simple instructions and engage in one-on-one or small group interactions with clients and colleagues.

Exhibited time management and basic arithmetic skills, including the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in various units of measure, as well as compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret bar graphs.

Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

Basic computer proficiency related to the custom application sector.

Core Competencies

Demonstrated core competencies including business acumen, teamwork, communication, customer orientation, decision-making, and skill enhancement.

Other Requirements

Must possess or be able to obtain a CDL license with the necessary endorsements, including Hazmat. Ability to perform minor equipment maintenance and lift up to 70 lbs. Flexibility to work hours beyond the standard schedule to accommodate seasonal demands.
