Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems for residential clients in the Twin Cities area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve project-related concerns in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
  • Perform small repairs on roofs and conduct inspections to assess damage.
  • Meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters to complete sales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist sales representatives with sales calls and provide technical expertise.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in residential roofing.
  • Proven ability to evaluate hailstorm damage and provide solutions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in industry software, including Xactimate and Acculynx.
