About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading residential roofing and siding contractor as a Roofing Superintendent. The company has been around for nearly 50 years and is known for its repeat clients and strong reputation throughout the Twin Cities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying project-related concerns and communicating with the Operations Manager to resolve them. You will also complete small repairs on roofs, meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters to conduct inspections, assess damage (when applicable), and complete the sale. Additionally, you will assist sales representatives with sales calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters to conduct inspections, assess damage (when applicable), and complete the sale.
  • Assist sales representatives with sales calls.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of residential roofing experience.
  • Experience meeting with homeowners and insurance adjusters to conduct roof inspections.
  • Experience evaluating hailstorm damage.
  • Ability and experience fixing roofing issues.
  • Resourceful; problem-solving, thinks ahead, makes sound decisions in finding solutions to problems using all available resources.
  • Computer/technology savvy: able to fully utilize industry (including Xactimate and Acculynx or similar estimating/project management software).
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written. Professional in interactions internally within the company and externally.
  • This position requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable background check per company policy and standards.
  • A thorough understanding of safe work practices.
