Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Branch Managers in creating a work environment that fosters customer satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Lead by example in providing personal loan solutions through underwriting decision making and collection activity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle
  • Present financial solutions that meet customer needs and goals
  • Educate customers on loan terms and conditions to ensure clear understanding
  • Manage the life cycle of loans, including closing, collections, and compliance with laws and regulations
  • Assist in training and coaching of Branch Team Members and provide interim leadership in Branch Manager absences
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in achieving business goals and objectives
  • Experience in financial services leadership
  • Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date (if required by state)
