  • Transportation and Handling: Safely transport and handle clients' goods, including furniture, boxes, and other items, to prevent damage and ensure timely delivery.
  • Packing and Wrapping: Pack and wrap items securely using various materials, such as bubble wrap, boxes, and containers, to prevent damage during transit.
  • Cargo Management: Manage and coordinate the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring that all items are accounted for and delivered to the correct location.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to clients' needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless execution of relocation services.
  • Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: More than 1 year of experience in a similar field is a plus.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 70 pounds regularly and consistently.
  • Availability: Available to work six days a week.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, basic math skills, and ability to read and write labeling and instructions.
