We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Title Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Sales Excellence: Maintain and increase sales volume by selling Lennar Title products and services to professional customers, driving the sales process through daily calls and maintaining accurate records.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Foster favorable customer relations by arranging and participating in educational training programs, promoting a customer-centric approach that sets us apart.
  • Marketing and Networking: Attend real estate and community networking groups, participating in industry functions to expand our reach and build relationships.
Your Toolbox:
  • Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation
  • 2+ years of Title insurance sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Constant Contact and TitlePro 24/7 preferred
Physical and Office/Site Presence Requirements:

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds.
