Job Title: Analyst or Sr. Analyst, Innovation Operations and Insights

Fusco Personnel, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Analyst or Sr. Analyst, Innovation Operations and Insights to join our team. This is a full-time direct hire position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage program metrics collection from end-to-end, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness.
  • Perform rigorous data analysis to support effective program delivery, including analyzing financial data and developing decision-useful dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on analysis of financial data, utilizing analytical skills to aggregate financial information from a portfolio of projects.
  • Develop and implement process and operational improvements relevant to operations and performance management activities.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience for Analyst, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' experience for Senior Analyst.
  • Experience in operations, business, or data-centric role, implementing process and operational improvements.
  • Awareness of relevant trends, developments, and reliable information sources for measurement of performance in the innovation sector.
  • Experience and skill in performing business analyses, documenting requirements and specifications, and mapping processes.
  • Experience with project management methods, processes, standards, and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree with 5 years experience.
  • Software skills in Microsoft suite, especially Excel and SharePoint, Salesforce, and Tableau.
Salary:

$73-137k
