Requirements
  • Expertise in retail pharmacy and specialty pharmacy drug prior authorizations, appeals, and working denials
  • Experience in FRM territory management, training, and educating provider office staff
  • Knowledge of local payor landscape, including Medicare and Medicaid
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
