Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Equipment Specialist to join our team at Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC. As a Field Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient application of herbicides and pesticides to labeled crops, as well as the maintenance and operation of applicator equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and apply herbicides and pesticides to crops in accordance with label instructions and company guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain applicator equipment, including tractors, sprayers, and other machinery.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Keep accurate records of application activities, including log books and spray records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain pesticide applicator certification and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Class A or B CDL required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to operate Helena equipment and/or drive a company vehicle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
