Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and integrating cutting-edge server systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining hardware architecture, developing customized solutions, and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of server system hardware architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Take ownership of bug resolution, working closely with the validation team to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage and review customized requirements, proposing optimal solutions to meet specific customer needs.
  • Design, develop, and integrate server systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and customer requirements.
  • Provide system architecture expertise, collaborating with other teams for successful development and implementation.
  • Modify and customize server systems based on customer needs, effectively communicating and collaborating with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding and experience with x86 platform development (Intel/AMD).
  • Proven track record of successfully developing independent server systems or motherboard designs.
  • In-depth knowledge of system connector specifications and applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Highly preferred: Fluency in both English and Chinese, and a solid understanding of system testing, verification, and design cost considerations.
