About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Architect to join our team at Lam Research. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex systems and technical platforms that drive innovation in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define system designs, including hardware and electrical subsystems and modules, with a focus on gas delivery systems and process chamber control elements.
  • Develop and document system architecture using P&ID, IO, interlocks, electrical and other schematics.
  • Contribute to the development of system startup, IO, and interlock validation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement 3D modeling and PCB layouts.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in gas and precursor delivery systems is highly desirable.
