About the Role: As a Sr. Customer Solutions Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their goals by leveraging AWS services to drive innovation and transformation. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive cloud adoption, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing customer pain points, and providing solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage AWS services to drive innovation and transformation


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exemplary communication skills. You should also have experience leading large-scale technical programs, engaging with customer executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies, and implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects. A bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent experience is also required.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
