Position Summary: The Installer plays a crucial role in the deployment of residential solar energy systems. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the successful installation and functionality of solar components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Assembly: Responsible for the assembly of all components related to residential solar systems.
  • Site Preparation: Engage in trenching and concrete work as necessary to prepare the installation site.
  • Mount Installation: Execute the installation of mounts and perform rooftop installations under the guidance of the Lead Installer.
  • Worksite Maintenance: Uphold a clean and safe working environment throughout the installation process.
  • Logistics: Load the truck and prepare solar panels for installation.
  • Safety Compliance: Properly utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure personal safety and compliance with safety standards.
  • Site Cleanup: Conduct thorough cleanup of the job site post-installation.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared for potential travel, which may involve extended periods away from home.
  • Training Participation: Attend mandatory training sessions focusing on new products, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
