Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Track and report project progress, productivity, and financial data
  • Assist with obtaining permits and maintaining compliance with safety regulations
  • Oversee materials procurement and manage rental equipment
  • Conduct site inspections, ensure quality control, and address any non-conformances
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and field crews to meet project milestones
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma (some college in construction management preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction project coordination
  • Certifications in OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid, and traffic control preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, and other relevant software
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and project plans
