Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional healthcare services to older adults, ensuring they maintain their independence and quality of life.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Participate as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team in the development, execution, and assessment of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with Nurse Practitioners to deliver holistic primary care to our participants.
  • Lead the clinical team with a focus on supporting frail elders in their community living.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 based on experience.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, or eligibility for certification for recent graduates.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Board Certification in Geriatric Medicine is a plus.
  • Current medical license to practice in Massachusetts.
  • Active DEA prescription privileges in Massachusetts.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • COVID vaccination is required.
Work Schedule:

This position requires availability Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with a manageable on-call schedule (phone only) of 1:15 weeks, seeing 10-15 patients per day.
