Lowell General Hospital is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an acute care setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment programs for patients to achieve maximum functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses, including pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general population.
  • Assess and re-assess patient pain and develop appropriate treatment plans to assist patients in attaining maximum functional outcomes.
  • Interact professionally with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Supervise and educate students, and evaluate their performance.
  • Maintain and complete proper and timely documentation in the medical record for all patients treated.
  • Contribute to the department's operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Graduation from an approved school of Physical Therapy.
  • Physical Therapy (PT) License.
  • One (1) year of clinical experience in acute in-patient care.
