Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of security officers to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of security services.
  • Monitor and analyze security operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience.
  • At least 2 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
