Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Restaurant Technology Director to join our team. As a key member of our Platform Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of cloud native solutions that improve operations for the Wendy's brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Provides technical oversight of platform engineering for restaurant technology within the Wendy's brand.
- Leads during the design, development, testing, and implementation of programs/solutions for integration into the Wendy's infrastructure to support business initiatives.
- Acts as a functional liaison between IT groups and business partners, communicating and collaborating with multiple IT functions such as digital, restaurant, security, and infrastructure.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field and 6+ years in IT-related activities with emphasis on system design, security, system administration, and networking.
- Knowledge of information technology system concepts, operational procedures, operating systems, training procedures, and processes.
- Ability to identify technical and security issues and collaborate with security teams and vendors to provide and deploy remediation options.
- Strong communication, organization, planning, leadership, and management skills.
