Main Responsibilities
  1. System Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment systems, enhancements, and configurations to ensure optimal performance and adherence to business requirements.
  2. In-Restaurant Configuration Enforcement: Execute in-restaurant firmware updates, hardware conversions, certificate, and access provisioning, ensuring consistent and compliant configuration of payment systems.
  3. Collaborative Support and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with various IT functions, including Digital, Restaurant, Security, Networking, and Infrastructure, to support and troubleshoot payment technologies and related projects.
Key Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A strong background in IT, preferably with experience in system design, security, system administration, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with payment systems, payment processing technologies, and payment industry standards.
