Main Responsibilities- System Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment systems, enhancements, and configurations to ensure optimal performance and adherence to business requirements.
- In-Restaurant Configuration Enforcement: Execute in-restaurant firmware updates, hardware conversions, certificate, and access provisioning, ensuring consistent and compliant configuration of payment systems.
- Collaborative Support and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with various IT functions, including Digital, Restaurant, Security, Networking, and Infrastructure, to support and troubleshoot payment technologies and related projects.
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- A strong background in IT, preferably with experience in system design, security, system administration, and networking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with payment systems, payment processing technologies, and payment industry standards.
