About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Strategic Insights to lead our research activity, align priorities with cross-functional teams, and provide timely insights into evolving library needs and practices.

  • Foster collaboration between the Research team and other OCLC division colleagues to inform the OCLC Research agenda.
  • Represent OCLC in professional and academic research networks, and through conference presentations and public speaking.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of library trends and research methods, and expertise in data collection and analysis.
