Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: $78,000 - $100,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Compensation: $78,000 - $100,000 annually.

Qualifications:

  • A valid North Carolina law license is required (assistance with licensing is available).
  • Effective communication skills, particularly in high-stress situations.
  • A genuine interest in representing clients in mediation and, when necessary, at trial.
  • A dedication to supporting children and families.
  • Ability to manage some independent cases while assisting senior attorneys.
  • Capability to meet established standards for time management, client communication, document preparation, and case oversight.
  • A professional and friendly demeanor that contributes positively to our workplace culture.
  • Ability to handle cases in multiple counties.
  • A valid North Carolina Notary Public certification or the ability to obtain it promptly.
  • Three professional references are required.
