Therapist - Weekends Only

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team at Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health, working every other Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am-4:30pm. As a Therapist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing direct clinical services to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop initial discharge plans.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, coordinating additional services as needed and revising plans as necessary.
- Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions as appropriate for the treatment plan.
- Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary treatment planning conferences, presenting patient information and recommending effective treatment interventions.
- Maintain a caseload as assigned and develop special patient groups or program modules.
- Prepare timely progress notes and treatment updates in the medical record, adhering to regulatory and accrediting standards.
- Ensure each assigned patient has a structured and clinically appropriate post-hospitalization care plan.
- Provide crisis intervention to patients and families in acute distress and introduce them to community resources.
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology is required, along with at least one year of experience as a therapist with all age groups.
