What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech language pathology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate continuity of patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services provided
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • WA State DOH License in Speech Language Pathology
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience including the management of complex head-neck oncology patients
  • Demonstrates behaviors that are consistent with Fred Hutch's Mission and Values
Preferred Qualifications
  • Lymphedema certification, training and/or experience
  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) issued by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Clinical fellowship year/fellowship training in head-neck oncology or other oncology specialty

Salary and Location

The annual base salary range for this position is from $95,888.00 to $143,811.20, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is based in Seattle, Washington, with opportunities to work with a diverse patient population.
