Job Overview

As a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing virtual therapy sessions to students in need of support.

Estimated Salary Range:

$55 - $58 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, working closely with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student progress and achievement.
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions using secure telepractice platforms, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required paperwork, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Stay current on best practices and trends in speech language pathology through ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Valid Washington state credentials as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a virtual or telepractice setting.
