Senior Hospitality Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Senior Hospitality Leader at AVE by Korman Communities. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, financial, and operational results to meet and exceed goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, mentor, and supervise a team of high-energy, service-oriented leaders who are passionate about delivering a superior living experience and cultivating a sense of community for residents.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve financial results, working closely with the Business Development team to grow existing clients and forge new relationships.
- Collaborate with leadership across all departments to operate at the highest level and drive financial results, managing budget and expenses to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and mentor team members in all property roles to operate at the highest level and deliver professional growth.
- Deliver urgent follow-up to resident inquiries to ensure resident satisfaction, managing vendors and contractors to drive seamless operations.
- Walk make-readies and the property daily to ensure brand asset presentation standards and sales success, managing apartment retention program to drive lease renewals.
- Audit digital storefronts on a weekly basis to ensure a competitive edge, reporting on property performance by preparing weekly leasing and traffic reports, as well as monthly financial analysis.
- Represent your property at relevant industry and local events to drive brand awareness, fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of direct leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, training, and supervising a team.
- Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success in driving sales, financial, and operational results to meet and exceed goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically, building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, residents, and clients.
- Yardi and Oscar systems knowledge preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- $125,000-$150,000/year.
